Why we built this

Work gets done. It just doesn’t get documented.

The job gets closed, but nobody captured the why, the how, or the what behind it. Managers are left guessing. Auditors are left waiting. The next technician starts from zero.

Maintenance Ops closes that gap. It’s an accountability layer for the work your team already does — every action stamped, attributed, and preserved. That’s our whole thesis: Documentation Integrity, and it runs through everything below.

Preventive Maintenance

The work that keeps the calls from coming

Point it at an asset and AI reads that unit’s own history and specs to propose a schedule — intervals, tasks, and cadence — for you to adjust and approve. From there it generates its own work orders on cadence. When a job runs late, the next occurrence re-bases off the day the work was actually done rather than the original plan, so one slipped visit doesn’t leave the whole schedule quietly wrong for a year.
