Life Safety asset registry New
A dedicated home for fire extinguishers and AEDs. Each unit tracks serial, model, and location plus the details that actually fail an inspection — pad and battery expiration, last self-test, recall status, and ready-light checks — with a clear green / amber / red status on every asset.
Year-based inspection lists New
Build a per-year inspection list and see at a glance what’s due, what’s overdue, and who owns it — separated into AHJ, vendor, and self-inspection layers so the right work lands with the right party.
Approval-routed corrective work orders New
A failed inspection automatically spawns a high-priority corrective work order. It moves through an adaptive approval chain — Tech completes → Manager inspects → Super approves → Closed — and collapses cleanly when there’s no manager. Every step is stamped and attributed; a rejection sends the work back with a required reason.
Archived Compliance Packets New
Generate a dated, immutable compliance packet — a frozen snapshot of exactly what your compliance picture was that day, deficiencies and fixes shown in full. Prints a clean cover summary to PDF from the browser, and every packet is kept on file as a permanent record.
Life Safety dashboard New
A single red / amber / green view across every life-safety category, so you know your compliance standing before an inspector ever walks in.
Email correspondence on work orders Improved
Inbound and outbound email now threads directly onto the work order, with unread flags — so vendor back-and-forth lives with the job instead of scattered across inboxes.
