What changed

Vendors now track their service contracts, with automatic reminders before each cancellation notice comes due — so an auto-renewal never slips by unnoticed. A contract can be uploaded as a file, or simply marked as received when you don’t have a copy to attach.

Details

• Add a contract by uploading the file, or mark it received when there’s nothing to attach.
• Capture the terms that matter: contract title, number, start and end dates, and the cancellation-notice window.
• Status badges and reminder banners flag any contract approaching its cancellation deadline, right on the vendor page.
• A new Vendor contracts block on the Dashboard surfaces contracts nearing their notice window — about a month ahead — so you have time to act before it renews.
• Permission-based controls for who can edit or remove a contract.
